A route to the right commercial conversations

A buyer search starts with a clear offer: product specifications, capacity, packaging, export experience and the kind of partner you need. We agree the scope before approaching potential counterparties.

  • Review your export objectives and product readiness.
  • Identify potential importers, wholesalers and distributors against an agreed profile.
  • Adapt presentations and commercial materials for Russian buyers.
  • Coordinate translation, introductions and negotiations.
  • Discuss samples, pilot orders and documentary requirements with relevant specialists.
  • Support buyer relationships within the agreed mandate.

Branded products & private label

We consider both established Philippine brands seeking distribution and manufacturers able to produce for a Russian customer’s own brand. A private label enquiry needs separate discussion of recipes, artwork, packaging orders, quality criteria and intellectual property.

What happens after your enquiry

The first review identifies missing information, the likely work required and whether a defined buyer search or wider market-entry project is appropriate. Any paid work, deliverables and fees are agreed before execution. An enquiry does not guarantee buyers, orders or export clearance.

Prepare your manufacturer profile

  • Company website and product catalogue link.
  • Product category, specifications and available formats.
  • Own brand, contract manufacturing, or both.
  • Production capacity, indicative order size and export experience.
  • Target buyer, proposed timeline and contact person.

Before you enquire

Do you buy products directly?

The contracting model is agreed per project. RUPH’s coordination role does not automatically make it the buyer, importer or seller.

Can you guarantee a distributor?

No. Interest, commercial terms and any appointment depend on the counterparties and their own assessment.
