A useful track record is specific and verifiable. This page explains the work products to discuss when evaluating an engagement.

Evidence, with the right context

No completed RUPH client transaction or performance figure is claimed on this page. Client names and project documents are not published without permission. Any prior experience of an individual team member should be identified as that person’s experience, with its period and role stated.

Illustrative work products

The items below describe possible outputs to agree in an engagement. They are not presented as completed client case studies.

  • A qualified product or project brief with open questions.
  • A partner-search profile and a shortlist for further review.
  • A comparison of quotations using the same specification.
  • A sample and document review plan.
  • A negotiation agenda and a record of agreed next steps.

How to assess a proposed engagement

Ask who will perform the work, what evidence will be available, what is outside the scope and how progress will be reported. References and non-confidential materials can only be shared where they exist and publication or disclosure is authorised.
