RUPH is a business brand. The Russian operator is Individual Entrepreneur Sergei Pavlovich Blinov. The actual service provider and contractual details must be stated in the relevant agreement. Eastern Dominion’s registration and Philippine contractual role are not confirmed by this website.

Payment in Philippine pesos may be considered only after individual agreement of an applicable contractual and banking arrangement. Currency availability, payment acceptance, banking approval and execution are not guaranteed.
